Convenciones Sociales Operativas

La ‘comunidad’ está bastante familiarizada con el típico conjunto de problemas por los que nos consultan…

  • «¿Debería salir con mujeres mas grandes/jóvenes con/sin hijos?»
  • «¿Y mujeres con plata/carrera?»
  • etc

Son preguntas tan comunes que terminamos creando una respuesta estandarizada que repetimos cada vez que nos hacen nuevamente este tipo de consultas. Soy consciente de que también hago esto y termino respondiendo el típico «girá mas platos» o «Déjala ya». Y si bien estas respuestas son novedosas para aquellos que las escuchan por primera vez (y con suerte sirven para quitarle la venda de los ojos), me doy cuenta de no estar viendo las razones por las cual hay ciertos problemas recurrentes para los Beta y los novatos en Seducción. Para la mayoría, la teoría de los platos cubre una multitud de pecados beta, pero me preocupa entender el por qué estas preguntas surjen tan a menudo y cuál es la raíz que las genera. Es por esto que intenté ‘destilar’ desde los síntomas (o sea, los problemas más comúnmente relacionados) hasta la motivación detrás de ellos (la enfermedad, no los síntomas). Esto me llevó a crear una nueva teoría del Plan «Convenciones Sociales».

Este blog está lleno de entradas del tema, pero creo que nunca exploré la idea en profundidad. En esencia todos los síntomas de estas convenciones se manifiestan en los típicos problemas que los hombres tienen tan a menudo, pero la enfermedad es el propósito latente de estas convenciones. Por cada tipo que pregunta si es una buena idea salir seriamente con una madre soltera, o una mujer mayor (hablamos de una mujer post-pared), hay una madre soltera o mujer mayor perpetuando esa convención con el objetivo de asegurar su capacidad de encontrar un hombre capaz de proveerla. No voy a desviarme por el lado del aspecto biopsicológico del tema de por qué esta búsqueda de seguridad es un motivador tan importante para las mujeres (y los hombres en algunos casos), en cambio me voy a enfocar en ciertas convenciones, la forma en la que operan, y su función operativa latente.

Verguenza

Esta es quiza la convención social más facil  de todas, y la más reconocida. No solo eso, sino que es la mas facil de emplear y la más aceptada – no solo por mujeres de todas las edades y descripciones, sino por la misma cultura popular y los medios.

  • Los hombres deberían salir con mujeres de su misma edad.Los hombres no deberían ser superficiales y considerar a las madres solteras como parejas viables para una relación seria.

  • Los hombres tienen un ‘ego frágil’ y necesitan afirmación constante y un respeto casi infantil.Los hombres se sienten amenazados por las mujeres ‘exitosas’.

Ademas de ser mitos populares, todos estos son manipulaciones sutiles (y no tan sutiles) de la vergüenza. Cada frase es una convención social que pone al hombre en la posición de tener que estar a la altura de un estándar idealizado que al mismo tiempo eleva el estándar para las mujeres, logrando así ponerla en una mejor posición en la selección sexual y en algunos casos, nivelando el terreno de juego en cuanto a la dinámica de la competencia femenina (hace que madres solteras, mujeres profesionales y/o mayores sean sexualmente tan valiosas como las mujeres más jóvenes que los hombres prefieren biológicamente)

El efecto ‘Superficial’ – El muy útil mito de la superficialidad

Separo este tema de la metodología de la verguenza ya que para mi es la raiz de la operatoria de este. En todos los ejemplos (o síntomas) anteriores, todo el peso y expectativa que se le pone al hombre viene atado de la amenaza de ser percibido como ‘Frívolo’ o superficial. En otras palabras, el solo hecho de preguntarse si un hombre debería salir o no seriamente con una madre soltera viene con la amenaza velada de permitir a las mujeres (madres o no) juzgar al hombre con ser ‘superficial’. Este efecto ‘Frívolo’ es tan generalizado en la mayoría de los betas que para muchos de los que ayudé, tanto jovenes como mayores, lo tienen incorporado como un mecanismo automático de defensa. Incluso en condiciones de total anonimidad, el Efecto Superficial se vuelve una parte de la propia personalidad al punto que se evita de forma inconsciente hasta la más mínima posibilidad de ser percibido como ‘superficial’. Este es uno de los principales obstáculos en transicionar de ser un beta felpudo hacia la masculinidad positiva. Todos los beta se ríen inicialmente de las técnicas de Seducción (A&A, Negs, Peacocking, etc) porque todas ellas llevan el potencia de ser percibidos como ‘superficial’. La realidad es que individualmente somos tan superficiales como nuestra percepción de nosotros mismos nos permita, pero el Efecto Superficial es una convención útil en tanto mantenga a los hombres dudando de su propio valor cuando lo intercambien por la intimidad con las mujeres.

Si vos pensas que vales menos, las mujeres de menos valor pueden acceder a vos, porque vos pensas que valen tanto como vos, por lo tanto eleva el valor de esas mujeres hasta tu valor real, que es mas alto que el que vos percibís.

Seguro de Posición de Selección

  • Las mujeres ‘pueden’ entender a los hombres, pero las mujeres siempre deben ser un misterio para los hombres.
  • Tener ‘suerte’ con una mujer cuando nos referimos al sexo.

Las metodologías que se utilizan para asegurarse la posición de selección giran en torno a fomentar la mentalidad de escasez en los hombres. Si el valor puede ser inflado, el valor puede ser aumentado, y esto conlleva el poder de controlar el relato. Esta convención va de la mano de la ‘Mística Femenina’ o la mitología de la Intuición Femenina. En tanto las mujeres puedan mantenerse como ‘inentendibles’, habrá menos motivación para intentar entenderlas. De hecho esta convención desalienta activamente cualquier intento de entender lo femenino al punto de que los hombres lo terminaron adoptando y terminaron repitiéndolo como loros sin tener consciencia de ello. Esta es la mismísima razón por la cual los mismos hombres ridiculizan a aquellos hombres que intentan comprender a las mujeres cuando buscan cosas como ‘cómo conseguir chicas’, o cuando se anotan en seminarios de Seducción, etc. Lo mismo sucede con los hombres que dicen ‘conocer’ cómo funcionan las mujeres. Es la paradoja perfecta – intentar entender a la mujer O decir que se la entiende no solo resulta en cargadas, sino que coloca al hombre dentro del Efecto Superficial al mismo tiempo.

Clausulas de Escape Social – La prerrogativa femenina

  • La mujer siempre tiene la prerrogativa de cambiar su parecer. El hombre debe ser resuelto e inmutable.
  • Rechazos proactivos o reactivos del tipo pseudo-amistosos, el rechazo de «Pero seamos amigos«, «Tengo novio» o «No estoy buscando una relacion».
  • La mujer como víctima por defecto

Las clausulas de escape convencionales siempre le ofrecen una salida a la mujer y la absuelve, o reduce dramáticamente su responsabilidad personal en la forma de refuerzos sociales. Una stripper puede quejarse de ser objetificada y degradada por los hombres, pero estar totalmente exenta de culpa por las decisiones que toma solo por la virtud de las condiciones sociales, que, de nuevo, se perciben como resultado de una sociedad controlada por los hombres. El Prerogativo Femenino se acepta como la norma social desde por lo menos los inicios del Renacimiento y la aparición del cortejo. Al igual que la convención «Seguro de Posición», esta sirve para asegurar que la ‘mujer misteriosa’ vea validada su arbitrariedad utilizando una plausibilidad en sus acciones que se ven socialmente reforzadas. El completo opuesto de esta convención se aplica a los hombres, que deben ser decididos y resueltos, pero al mismo tiempo tiene que aceptar que la mujer «tiene derecho a cambiar de parecer». Esto y el hecho de que se utiliza la posibilidad de intimar con la mujer como una zanahoria es lo que causa que sea totalmente aceptable socialmente que un hombre espere horas a que una mujer se prepare o llegue a una cita, y que al mismo tiempo sea mortal e imperdonable que un hombre llegue 5-10 minutos tarde. El debe ser puntual, ella tiene indulgencia.

No creo que sea necesario que entre en mucho detalle en cuando a la clausula social del «Pero podemos ser amigos«, ya que hablamos de eso hasta el cansancio, y quizá vuelva a ahondar en ella en otra ocasión, pero si voy a agregar que ésta clausula es quizá la convención social más útil jamas concebida por las mujeres. Este tipo de rechazos le asegura a la mujer poder rechazar a un hombre y aun así mantener su nivel de atenciones de él hacia ella previos al rechazo. Además pone toda la responsabilidad del rechazo encima del hombre ya que si él llega a rechazar la ‘oferta de amistad’, queda como culpable y manipulador (‘era falsa tu pretensión de amistad’). Por supuesto que esta táctica puede fallar y lograr que el típico beta frustrado acepte esta oferta de amistad con la equivocada esperanza de tener que ‘probarse’ merecedor de su intimidad, transformándose así en el ‘novio muleta’ perfecto, es decir, llenándola de atención y lealtad sin expectativa de que ella responda con su intimidad. El PPSA también le sirve como una forma de preservar su ego, ya que al haber ofrecido esa falsa pretensión de amistad, puede dormir tranquila de noche sabiendo nadie pensará mal de ella. Después de todo, ella ofreció ser amigos, ¿no?. Así termina evitando cualquier sentimiento de culpabilidad o responsabilidad alguna por los sentimientos de él.

Competencia sexual en forma de sabotaje

Ejemplos:

«Es una trola/puta, es un boludo/gay» y todas las sub-comunicaciones de ésta terminología

Comentarios sarcásticos, rumores, chismes, metodologías de comunicación femeninas.

Esta convención destruye reputaciones y es fácil de encontrar en este terreno de juego. Está dentro de los más aceptados socialmente y más alardeados, ya que le sirve a la mujer como forma de obtener atención hacia ella. Cuando la mujer utiliza rumores y chismes, le sale de forma natural ya que es una forma emocional de comunicación (los hombres son menos propensos a chismear), pero el propósito de esto es el de descalificar a una potencial competidora sexual. En términos de rumores entre mujeres, satisface la necesidad de atención natural de las mujeres, pero cuando se involucra a un hombre es cuando se vuelve en una herramienta de descalificación. Al decir que otra mujer es una ‘trola’, el mensaje escondido es el de «ella duerme con muchos hombres y por lo tanto no es elegible como candidata a merecer la capacidad de aprovisionamiento a largo plazo del hombre, ya que es obviamente incapaz de mantenerse leal a un solo hombre». Así, esto se convierte en el arma definitiva para influenciar la selección sexual del hombre (para el largo plazo).

Quiero agregar que este sabotaje no se limita solo a las mujeres. ¿Qué es lo primero que la mayoría del os hombres atinan a decir sobre otro hombre, que no conocen pero que es extremadamente atractivo? «Probablemente sea gay». Los hombres aprendieron esta convención de las mujeres, también descalifican sexualmente a la competencia de la forma mas completa posible; «puede que este tipo sea tan atractivo como un modelo de revistas, pero nunca tendría sexo con una mujer y por lo tanto queda descalificado para competir por tu intimidad».

Redefiniciones de los roles de género

Ejemplos:

«La masculinidad es ridícula y/o negativa y tiene el potencial de ser extremadamente violenta»

«Los hombres deberían encontrar su lado femenino» – Identificación como falsa atracción

Aunque tengo varias convenciones más en mente, voy a terminar esta entrada con ésta, la convención mas obvia y discutida de todas. Hay miles de artículos dedicados a esta convención, así que voy a intentar evitar lo ya escrito. En su lugar, quiero que veas el propósito latente detrás de la popularidad y de la aceptación que tiene en la cultura popular ésta, la convención que más daño causa. La función detrás de esta convención podría ser la androgenia (falta de sexo) como un estado idealizado, o una lucha de poder para redefinir los atributos masculinos y femeninos, o incluso para asegurarse que las mujeres sean las principales selectoras en el apareamiento. Todas esas cuestiones pueden ser argumentadas y son válidas, especialmente si consideramos cuán propensos somos los hombres en aceptar y perpetuar a esta convención, pero creo que hay un propósito más profundo, que la función latente y real de ésta es el proceso de selección sexual.

Es el hombre que se mantiene en contacto con su lado masculino, el tipo que a pesar de todo lo que la cultura pop ridiculiza y denigra a su género y los mismos aspectos que lo vuelven una fuerza necesaria y positiva de la sociedad humana, esos hombres son los que van a soportar y resistir firmemente las influencias que quieren convertirlo en algo que nunca debió ser; es el tipo con esa seguridad en si mismo que las mujeres encuentran irresistibles. El encarna la atracción sexual masculina que las mujeres estuvieron buscando y que no pueden explicar. Es la prueba de mierda mas grande en cuanto a selección sexual – descubrir o aprender que ser positivamente masculino y mantenerse así en un mundo que se la pasa atacando e insultando a tu género, que le dice que está envenenado por su propia testosterona al mismo tiempo que confirma esos mismos atributos masculinos como positivos para la mujer. Es el tipo que entiende que son las diferencias entre los sexos y no las similaridades andróginas, las que nos hacen fuertes. Es el Hombre que puede ver que los sexos se supone que sean complementarios, no adversarios, el que pasa esta prueba de mierda. La redefinición del sexo, como convención social, sirve como un mecanismo de filtrado de Alfas.

Me da verguenza toda la idea de ser ‘sexy’. Si hago una entrevista con fotografías la gente trata de cambiarme desesperadamente, teñirme el pelo, depilarme las cejas. Y también con la ropa. Ya sé que todo el mundo quiere una foto mia con una minifalda. Pero no soy asi. Me siento incómoda. Nunca saldría con una minifalda. No es algo que haga para proteger la imagen de Hermione. Simplemente no lo haría. Personalmente no me parece nada sexy. ¿Qué tiene de sexy decir ‘acá estoy con mis tetas al aire y en una mini pollerita, mirame toda’?. Mi idea de sexy es que menos es más.

Cuanto menos reveles, mas se puede imaginar el otro.

As a relative rookie to blogging I’m starting to develop a better sensitivity to what people find important enough to share with a global audience. One annoying phenomenon I’ve encountered is that I find myself deeply concentrating on some topic and crafting a well thought (at least I think) analysis around it only to be shaken out of my brooding by something that I think needs to be more immediately addressed. Such was the case with Emma Watson’s above diatribe regarding the quandary of sexiness. This bit of her inane post-pubescent aphorisms is being shared around Face Book (generally by older and less attractive women) as some confirmation of what I can only presume is men’s inability to fully comprehend sexiness, beauty and the feminine mystique. Fat acceptance and body image issues aside, it’s ironic that the same women nodding along in agreement are reposting Emma’s wisdom on their wall right next to their most recent GNO (girls night out) party photos in mini skirts themselves.

Any cursory browsing of 4Chan will probably turn up a Rule 34 thread with Emma’s face clone-tooled over some random porn star’s face while getting double penetrated. She’s easily one of the most available celebrity porn fakes. That may have a bit to do with her Harry Potter role and various fetishes, but the short version is guys want to bang Emma, and barring the actual experience, they reaaally want to see her naked. It’s a pity that Emma doesn’t understand how to be sexy, but she’s in the majority; precious few women know what turns men on, and still fewer have any capacity to effectively be so.

Sexy isn’t always slutty, but slutty is always sexy.

In the same sense that women lack the capacity to truly appreciate the sacrifices a man must make to ensure her reality, most women also lack a fundamental understanding of the male sexual impulse. As I’ve stated in prior threads, until women are steeped in 17 times their normal testosterone levels, they will never understand the male experience with regards to sex. When a woman utters the words “I don’t understand why sex is such a big deal for guys”, she’s speaking the truth. She can’t know, but along with that comes a disconnect between her lack of understanding the male sexual impulse and her fem-centric social conditioning of what sex should be like for him.

“I find the whole concept of being ‘sexy’ embarrassing and confusing.”

Considering Emma’s boyish pixie cut (eerily similar to a younger Sinead O’ Conner’s) this should come as no surprise to anyone. What Emma doesn’t get is that sexy isn’t always slutty. She doesn’t understand how to be sexy, but few women do because it is Men who’ve classically defined what is sexy and feminine in women. What has historically worked as sexy, and what has been historically confirmed as feminine is defined by the response and effect that particular behavior set evokes from Men. What we consider today as sexy behaviors and appearance were characteristics ‘selected-for’ that endured to become gender indicative aspects of being feminine. The inverse of this is true for women; women define what is sexy in men.

The problem women have with being sexy in the last 50+ years is illustrated in Emma’s next point:

“I know everyone wants a picture of me in a mini-skirt. But that’s not me. I feel uncomfortable. I’d never go out in a mini-skirt. Personally, I don’t even think it’s that sexy.”

On a rudimentary biological level, Emma actually does know what is sexy (i.e. what turns Men on about women), but she is “uncomfortable” in being so. People want to change her into someone who is comfortable with being sexy because they see such potential – ergo the popularity of Emma’s Rule 34 popularity. Her refusal or discomfort in being so is where the feminine imperative picks up the banner and runs with it. Here is an arguably beautiful young woman (by men’s standards) who wont conform to what men’s appetites want to make of her. Like all contemporary women, she wants to define what sexy should be for men using metrics that she is comfortable with. The problem, as with all things fem-centric, is that this social push to redefine for men what they should find sexy slams headlong into Men’s biological imperatives. Despite feminizations incessant efforts to the contrary, we still want to fuck the girl who most closely resembles the Playboy centerfold and our erections are the litmus test.

Show Up Naked, Bring Beer

Another great irony of our age is that we still cling to the idea that it’s women who are the best seducers of humanity. In the same misdirection that women would like to believe that they are the more romantic gender, so too would they like to believe they are the most effective seducers. Both of these are far from the truth. It’s Men with the greatest art that have gone down in history as the greatest seducers of the genders. So much more is required of Men to be effective seducers than women.

In this age female seduction amounts to show up naked, bring beer.

Men are stimulated primarily by the physical, but there’s a lot more a woman can do to be seductive. Quite honestly I think seduction is a lost art for women. Very few women know how to be sexy, much less seductive. Even fewer ever feel a need to be seductive. This is due to an environment that, for the past 50 years, has simplified sexual exchange for women to the point that all she need do is stay somewhat fit and wear a thong occasionally. So many men have become so acclimated to just these visual prompts as sexual cues that women don’t really need to learn seduction. There is no greater reward for being sexy or seductive beyond what she’s already capable of prompting in a man, so seduction practices aren’t reinforced for her.

Now add to this the feminine priority westernized culture has placed on women’s sexuality. Any woman feeling a need to be seductive for a man is cast in the role of putting his sexual value above her own. Remember, according to Cosmo and Oprah it is he who needs to be sensitive to her needs. Her sexuality is a GIFT he qualifies for, not something she should ever feel a need to sell to him by means of seduction.

Women don’t need to seduce men anymore. The feminine-priority dynamic has put a default value on women’s sexuality. Those hot enough to simply wear something revealing never need seduction, and those not hot enough can’t sell it anyway. And the girls who’re in between – the one’s who’d benefit most – are discouraged from learning seduction since it’s denigrating to women who should already be on a pedestal to begin with.

Ever since the sexual revolution there’s been less and less motivation for women to develop seduction skills. If anything there’s a resentment for ever having needed them in the past. I’d argue that feminine seduction skills have been replaced with emotional and psychological manipulations (see BPD) in order to make men comply with their imperatives as a result of having abandoned those seduction behaviors.

It’s Men who are learning seduction skills now. How many men do you suppose have read the Art of Seduction by Robert Greene in comparison to women? It’s men who’ve created a global community dedicated to seduction techniques. Perhaps this is the best evidence of the gender reversal the community discusses so often? Women’s sexuality has been elevated to such a degree that it’s men who find it necessary to collectively study seduction.

Programa de entrenamiento: Fierce 5

Introducción

Fierce 5 está compuesto por 5 ejercicios simples (superseries combinadas) que deberían tomar en hacerse apenas un poco mas de una hora, incluyendo el calentamiento y los estiramientos. Es un entrenamiento pensado para tres dias de entrenamiento no consecutivos a la semana, alternando entre plan A y B. Por ejemplo Lunes-A, Martes-Descanso, Miercoles-B, Jueves-Descanso, Viernes-A, Sabado-Descanso, Domingo-Descanso, Lunes-B… etc. Cada semana le agregas 2,5kgs a todos los ejercicios de la parte superior del cuerpo (espalda, brazos, hombros, etc) y 5 kilos a los de la parte inferior del cuerpo (piernas)*.

*Con excepcion del ejercicio de vuelos invertidos que solo sube 2,5kg por mes y nunca deberías aumentar mas de 7,5kg por mano si usas DB. Los Isquitibiales (leg curl) van a subir 2,5kg por semana. Abdominales aumenta solo en repeticiones. Si no podes mantener el ritmo de aumento de pesos por limitaciones del equipo que usas entonces, solo para esos ejercicios que no puedas, aumenta el peso cada otra semana. Para los ejercicios con 5 repeticiones, agrega una repeticion por serie en las semanas en las que no aumentes el peso. Para los ejercicios de 8 a 15 repeticiones, agrega 2 repeticiones por serie en esas semanas donde no aumentas el peso.

Calentamiento

Antes de los ejercicios combinados (Sentadilla, Banco plano, Remo, Sentadilla frontal, Banco inclinado, Peso muerto y Traccion de pecho con polea alta) tenes que hacer antes por lo menos una serie de calentamiento. A medida que pasen los meses vas a empezar a agregar peso a la barra y eso va a requerir tambien que le agregues mas series de calentamiento a algunos de los demas ejercicios.

Por ejemplo para hacer una Sentadilla con 70kg, te conviene hacer por lo menos una serie con 40kg para calentar. Pero si la Sentadilla es de 160k es mejor calentar con 80, 110 y 135kg. El precalentar le sirve a tus musculos para que se preparen para el trabajo; nunca te deberían cansar. Esto quiere decir que si vas a trabajar con 25kg, deberías calentar con la mitad (25kg) como máximo (en general).

Estiramiento

No son oibligatorios, pero te van a ayudar a mantenerte saludable y sin lesioes. No toman mucho tiempo y son espectaculares para mantener y mejorar tu postura y mobilidad. Yo los hago directamente al terminar cada entrenamiento.


Preguntas frecuentes

¿Para quien es este programa?

Fue diseñado para aquellos que no han tenido mucho entrenamiento estructurado. Cualquiera con menos de 6 meses de entrenamiento dedicado. Incluso si estuviste entrenando por uno o dos años, a menos que hayas estado entrenando intensamente, de forma consistente y con un programa decente mientras comias correctamente, es probable que logres obtener buen progreso con esta rutina.

¿Cuanto tiempo debería seguir este programa?

Segui este programa hasta que termines meseteando* en por lo menos dos ejercicios principales (Banco, Remo, Sentadillas, Peso Muerto) mientras creces (bulking). En promedio serían 4 a 6 meses para alguien así. No recomiendo pasar a un programa mas intenso si estuviste cortando (cutting) mientras hacias este programa.

*Hablo de realmente no poder avanzar mas, o sea despues de haber descargado un 15% o de tomarte hasta una semana de descanso, y luego haber vuelto a incrementar pesos pero realmente no podes superar tu meseta.

¿Qué hago si fallo en alguna serie?

Si fallas un ejercicio dos dias seguidos entonces bajá el peso un 15% para ese ejercicio (solo ese)

What do I do if I fail on my sets? If you fail a lift two days in a row then drop the weight 15% for the lift you are failing (reset.) This is a good time to work on form since the weight is a bit lighter again. Form can make or break your lift. You will still be growing with lighter weight. If you don’t reduce weight you will likely get slower results.

What program should I run after this one? There are a handful of programs I advise, but a natural progression would be to move to the Upper/Lower routine found here Fierce 5 Comprehensive Thread.

I’m a man/woman and I plan on cutting/bulking. Does that change whether or not I should run this program? For bulking males this program is perfect. Progression(weight increases) needs to be modified for cutting males and bulking females. I would advise running the progression until you stall on bench, squat or RDL. At this point cut the progression in half, meaning increase weight half as much as the program calls for. I advise cutting females and men wanting to lose 30 or more lbs to run All Pros routine.

What about form? At this point you just want to focus on the basics. There is too much information about form to try and absorb all of it at once. The basics of each exercise will keep you from being injured since you won’t be lifting huge amounts of weight. As you progress to lifting more and more weight you should devote more and more time to learning the form. A few basics are not flaring elbows during bench and keeping a straight back during squats and DL.

I’m having a hard time with pendlays. What am I doing wrong and can I sub it out? Just put in the time to learn the damn lift. You’re flexible enough, but you’ll need to video yourself and check your form a few times. Keep your back straight like seen in the below photos. At the top of the lift keep your elbows above the bar like seen in the 3rd photo. Notice how my shins are straight up and down. You RDL back into the position and then grab the bar. Notice how far back my hips are. Keep in mind that until you get up to 135lbs the bar will be closer to the ground and require more hip flexibility. Put some mats, blocks, other weights or something under the bar to raise it up to a normal height if needed. If you’re gonna sub it then at least notice how in the first photo the arms are perpendicular to the chest. Any sub has to be the same.

What is a superset? A superset is two exercises combined into one workout. These are done back to back. For the abs and curls superset, you would do one set of abs and then immediately do a set of curls. When you finish the curl set then you would immediately start your second set of abs. This saves time and produces a pump.

How long do I wait between sets? Generally I would advise waiting 2-3 minutes between heavy compound sets (Squat, Bench, Row, RDL, Incline, Lat Pulldown.) Isolation workouts should be somewhere between 30-60 seconds (curls, tricep pressdowns, reverse flies.) The supersets should be done back to back.

How much weight should I use? I highly advise to start out lighter than you think you can handle since the progression is very fast. I can’t stress this enough! This program works best with lighter starting weights. I suggest all lifters, regardless of experience, start with 85% of what they think they can lift. You should not be struggling for 4-6 weeks or so.

If this is your very first time working out then I advise you start with 50% of what you think you can handle. On every workout increase the weight by 10-15% instead of the 5-10lbs listed in the original program. There are 3 A and 3 B workouts in every two weeks. Each will be increased by 10-15% each workout so you should be using 85% of what you feel you’re capable of by the start of week 3. Remember this is a guess since you’re new. Adjust the weights as needed to get to 85% by week 3. Then you will follow normal progression listed in the program. This works great for total beginners because it allows you to get the basics of the exercises down with a safe weight and it also prevent major soreness.

Where did the other versions of the program go? I heard you can only get bigger from high reps sets. I removed the higher rep versions because increasing weight on the high rep versions was too difficult. People stalled much sooner and this probably meant less growth. A lack of progressive resistance (ability to add weight) means a lack of growth. Differences in high reps and low reps are WAY over emphasized especially for beginners. Don’t over think tiny details. See the photo below.

What should I be eating? This depends on your goals. If you are looking to gain muscle you need to be bulking. If you are looking to lose fat, you’ll need to cut. How to do either correctly is covered in excellent detail here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth…6380183&page=1

What supplements should I use? Many beginners think that supplements are the “key” to success. This isn’t the case. Supplements help to fill gaps in your diet. If you are unable to meet the minimum requirements for your macros (see the nutrition link above) or micros, then supplements can be beneficial to you, but understand your diet BEFORE jumping into supplements. I advise a multivitamin (helps to fill in micros) to all trainees. Creatine is also something to consider. It is cheap and can help you push through hard sets. The last thing I recommend is protein powder. You don’t need it IF you reach your protein macro through your normal diet. All of these supplements can be acquired through bb.com’s store at a pretty good price. This isn’t a plug; I get all my stuff from bb.com because they have good prices and fast shipping.

Can I run this program 4 days per week? No! One of the most basic rules (IMO) of bodybuilding is not to work out the same muscles 2 days in a row. Only a few people deviate from this rule successfully and they are generally taking illegal substances.

Why can’t I substitute these exercises for others? *You aren’t a special snowflake needing handpicked exercises for your specific circumstances at this point in your lifting career. You need to grow everywhere and this program is designed to do exactly that. This program is meticulously planned to balance your muscle development. If you started changing out these specifically chosen exercises for others it could lead to muscle imbalances. Imbalances lead to postural issues and in many cases injury.

Why can’t I add in other exercises? If you knew how to correctly do this then you’d have written your own routine. 99% of the time when I’m asked if something is ok, it’s a no from me. It normally messes something else up.

My grip is slipping on RDL/DL. What do I do? Using a mixed grip will fix this issue most of the time. Add chalk or liquid chalk if needed. If you can’t hold the bar with mixed grip and chalk then buy lifting STRAPS.

In what order should I do these exercises? You should do them in the order they are written unless gym traffic dictates otherwise. The most taxing exercise is listed first since it will require the most energy to complete.

What about deloading? If you are feeling sluggish and not as strong as you normally are it may be time for a deload. Every 6-8 weeks is a good guess, but everyone is different. This can be done by skipping one workout to give you 4-5 days of consecutive rest. This will keep your central nervous system happy and it will help you push more weight in the long run. A deload should be at least 4 days of rest on this program.

What if I miss a day? Don’t skip the workout you missed. Ex: You missed workout B on Friday. You can either do workout B Saturday and jump back into your normal routine Monday or you can start with workout B on Monday. If you chose to take the weekend off and pick things back up Monday then consider it a deload.

Can I do cardio? Sure! I would advise doing cardio on days you aren’t going to the gym to lift weights. It further develops a habit of going to the gym. There is no harm in doing cardio on your weight training days if done after your lifting; my advice is only to help reinforce fitness as a habit.

Ser Rechazado es mejor que Arrepentirse

Casi el 90% de lo que defendemos en La Red Pill se puede reducir a superar el miedo al rechazo. El 90% de los dilemas que enfrentan los AFC (Zoquete Frustrado Promedio), y la mayoría de las preocupaciones de los hombres de cara al sexo opuesto nacen de los métodos y actitudes que usan para reducir su exposición al rechazo femenino. Todos estos son buffers cuyo objetivo es reducir el potencial de rechazo a la intimidad. Claramente no solo los hombres usan estos buffers – las mujeres también hacen su parte – pero creo que seria mucho mas productivo para los hombres reconocer la predisposición que tienen y ver qué métodos usan, y como terminan incorporando estos buffers contra el rechazo en su propia psicología.

Prácticamente todos los típicos problemas que los hombres encuentran son causados por estos buffers:

RLD – Relaciones de Larga Distancia. El AFC acepta una RLD porque se basa en una aceptación previa de intimidad y al dejar de ser conveniente (dada la distancia) el tipo se queda aferrado a la «relación» porque es un buffer contra el potencial rechazo que le puede dar una nueva mujer si acepta que la relación esta terminada y vuelve a la soltería. Esta relación es percibida como «algo seguro», aunque rara vez sea gratificante.

Jugar a ser Amigos – A menudo después de un rechazo del estilo «podemos ser amigos» queda la percepción de que calificándose ante la chica y que con tiempo, ella «pueda llegar a» intimar con el. No importa cuan equivocado sea, el tiempo y esfuerzo utilizado por un AFC para probarse a si mismo como el próximo «novio perfecto» es un buffer contra futuros rechazos de cualquier mujer que pueda venir después. Esto se potencia con un sentido moralista del deber de realmente ser un Amigo de verdad a esta chica PPSA. En si, este buffer contra potenciales rechazos futuros es una dedicación equivocada hacia la chica PPSA. Otra variación de esta dinámica es la del «Capitán SalvaTrolas».

Email, Chat, etc – Podríamos incluir también cualquier tipo de conversación a largo y tendido en esta lista. La realidad es que cualquier tecnología que aparenta aumentar la comunicación en realidad sirve como un buffer (para ambos sexos) limitando la comunicación interpersonal. En el caso del AFC, la racionalización es que se puede mantener en constante contacto con la mujer que le interesa (lo cual en si es un error), pero solo le termina sirviendo como un buffer contra el rechazo de ella. La percepción latente parece ser que es mas fácil leer un rechazo (o escucharlo) que ser potencialmente rechazado en persona. Un montón de tipos me van a decir ahora que los textos y el chat son simplemente la forma en la que esta generación juega al juego de la Seducción. A mi favor argumento que cuando las comunicaciones digitales se vuelven tu método preferido para interactuar con las mujeres, es un buffer.

Facebook y las Citas Online – Este debería ser bastante obvio por las mismas razones que lo anterior – Las Citas Online son posiblemente el mayor buffer jamas concebido – particularmente para las mujeres menos agraciadas (o sea las mas feas). Es tan efectivo de hecho que hay negocios enteros que se pueden construir utilizando las inseguridades y miedo al rechazo que ambos sexos comparten.

Objetificación – Aunque no parezca obvio, ambos sexos tienden a cosificar al otro. Cuando pensamos en el tema naturalmente llegamos al a noción popular de que los hombres cosifican a las mujeres como objetos sexuales, pero las mujeres también tienen una tendencia a hacer lo mismo, cosificando a los hombres como «objetos de éxito». Es mas fácil aceptar el rechazo de una cosa que de un ser humano vivo y cantante. Y es por eso por lo que nos referimos a la comunicación entre los sexos como un «Juego». «Anotamos» o «Nos bajan», haciendo de esto un juego nos separamos personal y emocionalmente del rechazo. El buffer en este caso está en el lenguaje y el enfoque mental.

Idealización del Género – Esto sería el mito de la «Mujer de Calidad». El buffer opera con auto-limitaciones percibidas que se basan en la búsqueda de una pareja idea. Es por eso que existe la tendencia de enfocarse en una sola mujer (UNIquitis) o un solo tipo de mujer (un arquetipo del género). Al limitarse o enfocarse en solo una mujer (o un tipo de mujer) el potencial de rechazo disminuye y al mismo tiempo asegura que cualquier rechazo real viene de una mujer que luego va a ser considerada como una mujer que no calificaba de todas formas. Así, el Rechazo = ‘Mujer de poca calidad’ y por lo tanto no es un rechazo real. Este buffer funciona de manera similar al de Objetificación en donde la mujer que da el rechazo es reducida a un objeto.

Mentalidad de escasez – La mentalidad del «Agarro lo que puedo y debería estar feliz de que algo al menos conseguí» actúa como un buffer completamente opuesto al de Idealización. La carencia de algo causa motivación por conseguirlo, y al quedarse con «lo seguro» como si fuera «lo único», el potencial de nuevos rechazos termina siendo eliminado.

Mujeres mas viejas, Mujeres mas jóvenes – Podríamos incluir también cierto tipo de cuerpos en esta categoría, pero el buffer es en cierto tipo de mujeres que tienen una menor tendencia a rechazar un hombre gracias a circunstancias personales previas. El buffer de las «Puma» o «Cougar» es que una mujer mas grande, de acuerdo a las condiciones en las que se encuentre, va a estar mas propensa a aceptar los avances de un hombre mas joven. De la misma forma que una mujer muy joven esta mas abierta a aceptar los avances de un hombre mayor debido a su inocencia. Y que las gordas son mas fácil de encamar por la falta de sexo y atención que reciben. No es algo tan complejo, pero una preferencia internalizada hacia un cierto tipo de mujer se desarrolla al asociar ese tipo de mujer particular con la minimización del potencial de ser rechazado.

Ligas – Lo opuesto al buffer de tener «altos estándares» y se podría agrupar con el de Escasez. Siempre esta esa mujer a la que ciertos tipos realmente le temen porque es percibida como mucho mas valiosa que el AFC. Pensa en algo así como esa mina HB9+, directora corporativa que corre maratones, viaja un montón, tiene muchas buenas amigas, se viste bien, etc, etc, etc. El AFC se dice a si mismo «wow esta mina esta fuera de mi liga, me va a rechazar porque necesito tener A, B y C para tener un estatus social que la equipare y lograr que mínimamente se interese en mi». Ergo, la idea de las ligas es una racionalización útil como buffer contra el rechazo.

Pornografía – Seguro esto va a avivar la discusión entre los que están a favor y en contra de ella, pero el porno (de la forma en que los hombres lo usan) es un buffer contra el rechazo. El porno no responde, el porno no necesita un par de tragos para relajarse, ni requiere ningún tipo de habilidad social para lograr resultados. Es una liberación sexual conveniente, inmediata que solo necesita una PC o un celular y una conexión a Internet (o una revista si es que te va el estilo analógico). Podemos discutir el aspecto obsesivo-compulsivo del tema, o el razonamiento de «con mi novia disfrutamos de ver porno juntos», pero para el tipo soltero la raíz de todo el razonamiento es la de facilitar el porno como un Buffer. Debería agregar acá que esta es también la misma razón por la que las mujeres odian tanto a la pornografía (cuando la odian). El porno le da una recompensa al hombre gratuitamente, una recompensa y liberación que debería ser su mejor carta y que termina siendo completamente anulada y dejada sin valor cuando se enfrenta contra la posibilidad del hombre de acabar con una variedad infinita de experiencias sexuales con un solo click de su mouse. Es la posibilidad del acceso ilimitado a una cantidad ilimitada de sexo sin el estress de aprender métodos para ganarse ese acceso como recompensa.

 

Estos son solo algunos pocos ejemplos notables, pero una vez que te volves consciente a la forma en la que se manifiestan los buffers vas a empezar a verlos como lo que son y a entender por qué son útiles contra el rechazo. Los buffers suelen ser el camino del menor rechazo que terminan siendo adquiridos como parte de las «preferencias» personales. No tratan tanto sobre las «preferencias» sino mas sobre la motivación detrás de ellos.

Seguro debes estar pensando, «bueno y que, si no me gusta sentirme rechazado, ¿por que no utilizar buffers contra eso?». La razon principal para aceptar el rechazo en lugar de un buffer es que ser rechazado es mejor que sentir remordimientos. Releete la lista, ¿Cuantos de estos buffers se terminaron volviendo problemas mas grandes a largo plazo, en contraste con un rechazo doloroso pero corto? Los buffers tienen la tendencia de acumularse exponencialmente, en una cadena interminable donde uno encaja con el siguiente. Hasta que lo que originalmente era una metodología de prevención al rechazo se transforma en una parte real de tu personalidad. Después del suficiente tiempo estos buffers terminan volviéndose en «simplemente como soy».

Por ultimo, nada enseña mejor y mas fuerte que la experiencia real. El rechazo, ese rechazo real y crudo dicho en la cara que duele como la puta madre. Algo que termina siendo tan intolerable que los humanos conciben incontables construcciones sociales y psicológicas con la sola idea de evitarlo. Pero sin embargo no hay mejor maestro que quemarse con la leche. Como Hombre, vas a enfrentar el rechazo en muchas mas facetas de tu vida que solo en tus tratos con las mujeres. Los buffers que aprendas en un área de tu vida simplemente van a estorbarte cuando se transfieran a otros aspectos de ella. Todos estos buffers listados y muchos mas, se vuelven indicadores de la forma en la que manejas con seguridad la adversidad. Algunos te hacen ver como un maricón miedoso, otros son mas sutiles y terminan siendo una parte molesta de una personalidad internalizada, pero depender de ellos cada vez mas revela tu verdadera personalidad a las mujeres. ¿Sos lo suficientemente Alfa como para recibir un rechazo al mentón, sonreír con confianza y volver por mas? ¿O vas a correr, bloquearte y esconderte detrás de tu escudito de buffers?

Hay tres ejercicios que permiten medir claramente las diferentes zonas del cuerpo para saber si seguís siendo un novato o no en el gimnasio.

Power Clean

Este ejercicio comprueba tu poder de explosión, tirada (pull), atletismo y fuerza corporal en general.

Banco Plano

Este ejercicio comprueba la fuerza de tu parte superior del cuerpo

Sentadilla con agarre frontal

Ademas de comprobar la fuerza inferior de tu cuerpo, el agarre frontal mide tu fuerza abdominal (core) y de hombros.

El % que se ve en la siguiente tabla indica el porcentaje de tu peso corporal que deberías poder levantar durante una sola repetición. Es decir, si pesas 70kg y ves 100%, quiere decir que tenes que poder hacer ese ejercicio con 70kg de peso (la barra olimpica de 20kg mas 50kg de carga, 25kg de cada lado).

Resumen

Hablemos de cómo hablarle a las mujeres. Muchos leen un monton de teoria (importante) y tácticas de seduccion de algun foro, libro o blog (como este!), muchos tambien logran el lenguaje corporal seguro que se necesita o al menos lo pueden emular con éxito, y tambien aprenden las bases sobre como coquetear. A toda esa gente le falta le ingrediente clave – persistencia.

Mujeres – Lo básico

Ellos no entienden la naturaleza de la mujer, y esto los lleva a malinterpretar los diferentes gestos de rechazo como un rechazo final. Las mujeres crean barreras y resisten el avance del hombre para probarlos. No quiere decir no, para lo que acabas de intentar, pero probá otra cosa. No creo que tengas muchas chances, pero todavia no la terminaste de cagar. Si en serio pensara que no tenes chances y no quiero tener nada con vos, te lo digo.

Antes de leer el ejemplo, hacelo pensado en que las mujeres se mueven a la defensiva mientras que los hombres a la ofensiva. Nuestro simbolo es una lanza, el suyo es un escudo. Todas las culturas desde el inicio de los tiempos entendieron esto, y es asi en casi todas las especies mamíferas. La hembra erige defensas que parecen un rechazo, pero en realidad son mas como empujecitos juguetones. Levanta defensas que hacen que los hombres débiles se vayan, ahorrandoles el problema de perder el tiempo con ellos. Si realmente quiere que la dejes sola, si realmente piensa que sos un candidato para nada viable, entonces no te va a dar contacto visual, se va a dar vuelta, hablar de mala manera, etc. Llevala a ese nivel; si es que queres escuchar un verdadero rechazo de parte de ella, y no irte antes, anticipandote a que te llegue.

Algunos lo pueden ver como ser beta. Como que estas haciendo mucho esfuerzo o no siendo lo suficientemente hombre para admitir que perdiste e irte. Lo entiendo. Si le queres decir beta a eso no me importa, esta atado mas a la concha que a actuar desinteresado. Y al fin de cuentas, te van a ver como el tipo al que rechazaron pero aun asi sigue intentando. Tenes que ser un poco insensible y no preocuparte sobre lo que piensan los demas cuando vean que fallas.

La hora del reporte de campo

Por ejemplo, la chica con la que estoy saliendo ahora la conocí en un gimnasio. Todos sabemos que es grosero intentar levantarse a alguien en un gimnasio, la verdad es que a nadie le gusta que le interrumpan la rutina. Y por eso al principio no mostraba mucho entusiasmo – fui a buscar agua al mismo tiempo que ella y empecé a hablar de mancuernas. Para mi es un 8, blanquita y rubia, siempre bien vestida y con maquillaje. Sin duda sabe que esta buena y acostumbrada a que la miren con ganas, pero probablemente no se la intenten levantar tanto como la miran. Es probable que la mayoria de los hombres se sientan intimidados por su cara de culo constante. Eso es lo primero que pense porque justamente la estaba usando conmigo cuando hicimos contacto visual la primera vez. En ese momento que empecé a hablar, ella dijo de repente «lo siento tengo que volver a mi rutina» y empezó a darse vuelta.

Yo le dije «Ey, bancá»
No tenia ningun plan sobre que decir. Solo vi que mi chance se estaba cerrando y dije algo para mantenerla abierta. Sentí el micro-rechazo, pero no sentia que todavía me habia rechazado por completo.

Ella espera y levanta las cejas en una mezcla entre molestia y divertimento.

No tengo frases para tirar, solo empiezo a improvisar. «¿Necesitas un compañero de rutina? Estoy preparado a levantar esas bolas»
Da vuelta los ojos y dice «No». Ya fue, ¿NO?

Pero sigue manteniendo el contacto visual y sigo sintiendo que todavia no me rechazó del todo. Obviamente ya me dijo que no, pero si realmente ella quisiera que se termine la conversación podria haberse ido. Y no se fue. Hey, no parece que tengas una chance, pero hasta que la mina esta no te diga que te vayas con su tono y lenguaje corporal o hasta que no se vaya ella misma, todavía no te rebotaron.

Asi que me quedo ahi parado y le digo «Esta bien, mejor. La verdad es que no quiero levantar pesitas con vos, solo quiero tu numero»

«Ay dios, ¿Y eso te funciona con alguna chica?»

Me encojo de hombros y digo «estamos a punto de saberlo, no?» y le doy mi telefono

«No puedo creer que este haciendo esto» dice mientras pone su numero. Me mensajea al dia siguiente, un Viernes, y la lleve a un bar a las 9, claramente no una «cita cena». Ya no tengo que andar demostrando que no estoy interesado, ya sabe que  que me interesa, nunca va a haber una duda con ese tema porque el hombre es el que se acercó.

Aceptó vernos para tomar algo, en general esa es una buena señal, pero luego termino mostrando mucha RUM (Resistencia de Ultimo Minuto) cuando la llevé a mi departamento. Me parecio raro; en general si aceptan tomar algo conmigo, ya estan practicamente en la bolsa – es muy obvio lo que esa cita significa. Aun asi, mientras estabamos a los besos y yo intentaba meter un poco mas de mano, me empujaba o se alejaba, y la segunda vez que me dijo «No, no siento que te conozco lo suficiente» senti un poco de enojo, o sea que carajo, claramente se piensa que soy un beta, quiza ahora ve como que mi vida es medio aburrida, o quiza piensa que estoy demasiado enganchado. When you want to succeed more than you want to preserve your ego or look cool to your friends, then you will succeed.

When in doubt, look at her body language. If she’s facing you and looking at you, she hasn’t been dismissed yet. She hasn’t dismissed YOU yet. Just blab. Say something to show that you are sure she’ll come around, and you’re aware of the fact that she hasn’t said no yet.

Never ever reject yourself. Force her to actively reject you – passive rejection is NOT rejection. I’ve seen guys reject themselves out of a set because they went in, said a line too soft to be heard, and the girls looked at them like «huh? What?» He saw the confused and unenthused faces, and said «err, sorry» and turned around. Pathetic. Just plant your feet.

This applies to guys who are pursuing women INSIDE of closed ecosystems too. This is a fancy way of saying schools, colleges, workplaces, social circles, and so on. People who you often develop some kind of peer relationship with and then you’re trying to hit on them and bang them on top of that. This is where a LOT of guys will reject themselves either pre-emptively or after the initial dreaded LJBF or I don’t see you that way. They will assume she’s not going to be sexually into them and focus on building a friendship first (aka full retard), or they will nut up and ask her, but just not in a confident, dominant way. She says «I like you as a friend, sorry if that’s not what you want to hear. I hope things won’t be awkward?»

Most guys will be head down, say «OK» and then leave.

I’ll say something like «You’ll come around.» I’ll ignore them for a while. Try to fuck one of their friends (this is how you fuck the girl who friendzoned you, btw, my high school RPers. You fuck her best friend, she’ll fuck you. I just taught you how to come in the side entrance.

I’ll be giving them space, not going to go aspie on them. Then I’ll chat again when I’m at a high point. When I have something that makes me a better candidate than last time. Maybe I’m starting to get recognized more in our social circle, and I’m hosting some events. Maybe I’ve gotten more time to develop and I know some of her friends have said positive things about me. I’m not looking for much, just some shred to signal that I have better circumstances.

I’ll ask her out again. Etc. If she’s still negative, but she’s LESS negative than before, then I’m thinking progress. My dick’s closer than it was. If her reaction is completely a «No and never» then I will back off. But see, if you at least are clean, in decent shape, well dressed, and you don’t speak weird, she’ll usually not hard-NO you like that.

Same thing with «I have a boyfriend» when you’re out (and thus she’s clearly OUT looking for something, even if she does have a boyfriend.)

«Ok. Respect. Are you allowed to have male friends. Male friends that you have ONE drink with?»

«No I don’t think he’d be cool with that.»

«Not ONE drink with a PLATONIC friend. One drink you paid for yourself, you didn’t even let me buy it for you, there’s no way you’re not allowed to do that.»

What can she say? See, she knows I’m not actually coming on as platonic (that is why I can say it. It’s so obviously not true). By using the word «allow», I trigger her inner feminist to rear its head and say «no one tells me what I can’t do.»

Win or Lose, You Win

Now, you might not actually pick this woman up. Sometimes these hoes is loyal, sometimes they ain’t. Sometimes these hoes ain’t loyal, but you’re just not good enough to get her to cheat. But you need to force her to make that decision; don’t make it for her.

If you do not believe me and you think this will just lead to public embarassment and no pussy increase, then I urge you to just try it out. Three times rule. Give yourself three strikes – only blow yourself out after you hear three rejections. You are Rocky and I have decreed that the definition of «going the distance» in this context. Last three rounds, and I guarantee you that your chances of getting pussy will rise at least 33%. Because ultimately, when you buckle down, meet her eyes, and say «game on. I’m going to try to take what I want, and I don’t think you WANT to stop me» and then you follow through by continuing your game, you’re showing her that you are a man of tenacity and discernment. You know what you want, you know it when you see it, and you will do what it takes to get it.

You still might be too low SMV to seal the deal, but this will up your stock in her eyes because you played to win, not to «not lose».

Aspie Disclaimer

To close, I’d like to stress that this does not mean be an aspie at any point. Do learn to read social cues and body signals. Back off if she’s really not having it, like REALLY not having it. If it’s at work, don’t be an idiot, be very careful, you have to protect your career first. If it’s on a dark alleyway at night or on a grimey subway, only hit on her once and take her first «no» at face value. (Yeah, I will still holler at a ho in the dark. If she’s nervous and not into it, I won’t persist. It’s the one exception to the 3x rule.

Be smart about it.

But if you’re comparing a smart but timid guy to a dumb but bold guy… who do you think gets more ass? I’m guessing almost all of you err way too far in the direction of the smart but timid guy. Try erring too far on the side of the dumb but bold guy. As a result, you might just end up exactly where you want to be.

A lot of people like to think they are “non-violent.” Generally, people claim to “abhor” the use of violence, and violence is viewed negatively by most folks. Many fail to differentiate between just and unjust violence. Some especially vain, self-righteous types like to think they have risen above the nasty, violent cultures of their ancestors. They say that “violence isn’t the answer.” They say that “violence doesn’t solve anything.”

They’re wrong. Every one of them relies on violence, every single day.

On election day, people from all walks of life line up to cast their ballots, and by doing so, they hope to influence who gets to wield the axe of authority. Those who want to end violence — as if that were possible or even desirable — often seek to disarm their fellow citizens. This does not actually end violence. It merely gives the state mob a monopoly on violence. This makes you “safer,” so long as you don’t piss off the boss.

All governments — left, right or other — are by their very nature coercive. They have to be.

Order demands violence.

A rule not ultimately backed by the threat of violence is merely a suggestion. States rely on laws enforced by men ready to do violence against lawbreakers. Every tax, every code and every licensing requirement demands an escalating progression of penalties that, in the end, must result in the forcible seizure of property or imprisonment by armed men prepared to do violence in the event of resistance or non–compliance. Every time a soccer mom stands up and demands harsher penalties for drunk driving, or selling cigarettes to minors, or owning a pit bull, or not recycling, she is petitioning the state to use force to impose her will. She is no longer asking nicely. The viability of every family law, gun law, zoning law, traffic law, immigration law, import law, export law and financial regulation depends on both the willingness and wherewithal of the group to exact order by force.

 

When an environmentalist demands that we “save the whales,” he or she is in effect making the argument that saving the whales is so important that it is worth doing harm to humans who harm whales. The peaceful environmentalist is petitioning the leviathan to authorize the use of violence in the interest of protecting leviathans. If state leaders were to agree and express that it was, indeed, important to “save the whales,” but then decline to penalize those who bring harm to whales, or decline to enforce those penalties under threat of violent police or military action, the expressed sentiment would be a meaningless  gesture. Those who wanted to bring harm to whales would feel free to do so, as it is said, with impunity — without punishment.

Without action, words are just words. Without violence, laws are just words.

Violence isn’t the only answer, but it is the final answer.

One can make moral arguments and ethical arguments and appeals to reason, emotion, aesthetics, and compassion. People are certainly moved by these arguments, and when sufficiently persuaded –providing of course that they are not excessively inconvenienced — people often choose to moderate or change their behaviors.

However, the willful submission of many inevitably creates a vulnerability waiting to be exploited by any one person who shrugs off social and ethical norms. If every man lays down his arms and refuses to pick them up, the first man to pick them up can do whatever he wants. Peace can only be maintained without violence so long as everyone sticks to the bargain, and to maintain peace every single person in every successive generation — even after war is long forgotten — must continue to agree to remain peaceful. Forever and ever. No delinquent or upstart may ever ask, “Or Else What?,” because in a truly non-violent society, the best available answer is “Or else we won’t think you’re a very nice person and we’re not going to share with you.” Our troublemaker is free to reply, “I don’t care. I’ll take what I want.”

Violence is the final answer to the question, “Or else what?”

Violence is the gold standard, the reserve that guarantees order. In actuality, it is better than a gold standard, because violence has universal value. Violence transcends the quirks of philosophy, religion, technology and culture. People say that music is a universal language, but a punch in the face hurts the same no matter what language you speak or what kind of music you prefer. If you are trapped in a room with me and I grab a pipe and gesture to strike you with it, no matter who you are, your monkey brain will immediately understand “or else what.”  And thereby, a certain order is achieved.

The practical understanding of violence is as basic to human life and human order as is the idea that fire is hot. You can use it, but you must respect it. You can act against it, and you can sometimes control it, but you can’t just wish it away. Like wildfire, sometimes it is overwhelming and you won’t know it is coming until it is too late. Sometimes it is bigger than you. Ask the Cherokee, the Inca, the Romanovs, the Jews, the Confederates, the barbarians and the Romans. They all know “Or else what.”

The basic acknowledgement that order demands violence is not a revelation, but to some it may seem like one. The very notion may make some people apoplectic, and some will furiously attempt to dispute it with all sorts of convoluted and hypothetical arguments, because it doesn’t sound very “nice.” But something doesn’t need to be “nice” in order for it to be true. Reality doesn’t bend over to accommodate fantasy or sentimentality.

Our complex society relies on proxy violence to the extent that many average people in the private sector can wander through life without really having to understand or think deeply about violence, because we are removed from it. We can afford to perceive it as a distant, abstract problem to be solved through high-minded strategy and social programming. When violence comes knocking, we simply make a call, and the police come to “stop” the violence. Few civilians really take the time to think that what we are essentially doing is paying an armed band protection money to come and do orderly violence on our behalf. When those who would do violence to us are taken peacefully, most of us don’t really make the connection, we don’t even assert to ourselves that the reason a perpetrator allows himself to be arrested is because of the gun the officer’s hip or the implicit understanding that he will eventually be hunted down by more officers who have the authority to kill him if his is deemed a threat. That is, if he is deemed a threat to order.

There are something like two and a half million people incarcerated in the United States. Over ninety percent of them are men. Most of them did not turn themselves in. Most of them don’t try to escape at night because there is someone in a guard tower ready to shoot them. Many are “non-violent” offenders. Soccer moms, accountants, celebrity activists and free range vegans all send in their tax dollars, and by proxy spend billions and billions to feed an armed government that maintains order through violence.

It is when our ordered violence gives way to disordered violence, as in the aftermath of a natural disaster, that we are forced to see how much we rely on those who maintain order through violence.  People loot because they can, and kill because they think they’ll get away with it. Dealing with violence and finding violent men who will protect you from other violent men suddenly becomes a real and pressing concern.

A pal once told me a story about an incident recounted by a family friend who was a cop, and I think it gets the point across. A few teenagers were at the mall hanging out, outside a bookstore. They were goofing around and talking with some cops who were hanging around. The cop was a relatively big guy, not someone who you would want to mess around with. One of the kids told the cop that he didn’t see why society needed police.

The cop leaned over and said to the spindly kid, “do you have any doubt in your mind about whether or not I could break your arms and take that book away from you if I felt like it?”

The teenager, obviously shaken by the brutality of the statement, said, “No.”

“That’s why you need cops, kid.”

George Orwell wrote in his “Notes on Nationalism” that, for the pacifist, the truth that, “Those who ‘abjure’ violence can only do so because others are committing violence on their behalf,” is obvious but impossible to accept.  Much unreason flows from the inability to accept our passive reliance on violence for protection. Escapist fantasies of the John Lennon “Imagine” variety corrupt our ability to see the world as it is, and be honest with ourselves about the naturalness of violence to the human animal. There is no evidence to support the idea that man is an inherently peaceful creature. There is substantial evidence to support the notion that violence has always been a part of human life. Every day, archeologists unearth another primitive skull with damage from weapons or blunt force trauma. The very first legal codes were shockingly grisly. If we feel less threatened today, if we feel as though we live in a non–violent society, it is only because we have ceded so much power over our daily lives to the state. Some call this reason, but we might just as well call it laziness. A dangerous laziness, it would seem, given how little most people say they trust politicians.

Violence doesn’t come from movies or video games or music. Violence comes from people. It’s about time people woke up from their 1960s haze and started being honest about violence again. People are violent, and that’s OK. You can’t legislate it away or talk your way around it. Based on the available evidence, there’s no reason to believe that world peace will ever be achieved, or that violence can ever be “stopped.”

It’s time to quit worrying and learn to love the battle axe. History teaches us that if we don’t, someone else will.

Cómo ponerla en la primera cita

Always assume that you’re going to bang – that is the best piece of advice I can give you.

1. Attire. Wear clothes you are comfortable in. I don’t mean actual comfort; I mean clothes that you have scored in before, or had compliments about. The aim is to avoid the uncomfortable feeling of insecurity regarding a new garment, or combination of garments. Being relaxed is key.

If you wear brown shoes, wear a brown belt. Black shoes, black belt. Don’t wear blue jeans and a blue shirt unless the shades of blue are extremely different. As a general rule, wear brown shoes + Brown belt with blue. The quality of your clothing is not as important as the colour coordination. Get used to looking at your clothes as a net effect. Generally, women are far more perceptive about colour coordination than men, you should be coordinated whilst not looking like you tried too hard.

Aftershave, perfume, whatever – do not over do it! If you’re going to trim nails, pubes, cut hair, whatever, do it 2-3 days before so by the time you are on the date you feel natural, (length of time for haircut to feel natural may be longer.)

2. Pre-drink. Have ONE pre-drink. In order to connect with the target you need to be on a similar level (Roosh: Bang) if you arrive drunk you’ll both sense it and the connection is lost. One drink will loosen you up and she will probably have done the same, thereby starting the date on the same level.

Avoid drugs before hand, cocaine makes you talk shit, your eyes look wide and they can sense something is off almost immediately. MDMA makes you seem too laid back and dreamy. Weed makes you too paranoid, and prescription meds generally zone you out. I have experimented with all the above to get an edge, and the only one that I’ve found can help is beta blockers, if you are REALLY nervous. Otherwise, that nervousness is actually needed in order to help form the connection, as on first dates, senses are heightened and the want to connect is already there. The other drug I sometimes take, are dick pills al a Brian Redban (JRE:784#). If the date is going well I might take ONE – it makes me horny which turns the girl on further, IF the date is going well. Sometimes I’ll drop before the date, just to see what happens, but that’s basically just to fuck with myself – if you want to take a dick pill, do it after you’ve begun to make out and grope.

3. Hold your frame on arrival. Don’t get lost in the nervous swirl of “how to play it” as you make your way there, or whilst you are waiting. Be natural. She will be nervous, therefore make your frame rock steady strong and calm, she will be more than happy to fall in to it.

Greet with big smile, open arms, double cheek kiss to double hand hold <- advanced move. Ask her how she is, do the polite “fine thank you”, “did you get here ok?” etc. Veering from the script of social norms too early is a risk.

If you meet outside somewhere, do not instantly start walking to the destination as soon as she arrives, have your little stop and chat, then you tell her, ok let’s go to XYZ. If you meet in a bar, similarly do not immediately ask her what drink she wants, have your little awkward first conversation, then tell her what you’re going to drink, and then ask her what she wants. Women as we know can be notoriously bad at making decisions, if she starts umming or looks confused about what drink to have – just suggest a mojito. 9 times out of 10 she will start to think she’s Carrie Bradshaw and will say “OK!”

4. Lead the interaction. Already have planned your approximate bar crawl – 3 bars is good. You are flexible and can roll with the punches, as the goal is to create the feeling of knowing each other more than you actually do (Neil Strauss: The Game) – and, gives you three opportunities to tell her where you’re going. Make it seem natural though, not like your some fucking weirdo that plans dates, which is what you have actually done.

After you practice you’ll find you have different routes for different towns that you have set in your head, this is when you’re a real baller. Bonus points if you can get them on public transport for a VERY small amount of time to get to the next bar. Trains > Buses.

5. Pay for the first round, and be prepared to pay for the entire date. I didn’t say it was equal opportunities – I said it was how to bang. Dates are different to club scenes where being overly generous is a beta move. On a date, paying is not quite the same. If she offers, let her pay. If she doesn’t you can either walk, or get your wallet. Realistically she’ll pay for one round, for your two. If you’re reading this screaming – “I never pay for two rounds or buy drinks for girls!” then you’re a faggot. I’m not saying be an open wallet, but there is a way to pay for things, which makes you lead; men have been doing it since the stone age, tap in to that.

6. Drink Selection Cocktails are good. Firstly the placebo NLP effects of saying “cock” (Can’t remember his name: The Game). Secondly, they contain shit loads of alcohol and taste like sugary drinks. Alcohol is a great lubricant. Be careful that you don’t drain you drink whilst she is still on the first 10% of hers. Avoid pints of lager, you’ll be pissing every 5 minutes, burping like a camel, and your breath will stink of shit. Bottles of Proseco to share are good, cocktails are great, and white wine is good, or shorts, i.e. Jack and Coke, Gin and Tonic etc.

Encourage selection of cocktails, choosing different cocktails, and the trying of each other’s cocktails. The combination of different alcohol will get you both more drunk, the shared experience will boost the date, and the sharing of different opinions on flavours inevitably leads to “UMMMMMMS!” and “oh yeah, try this one!” – all very positive and fun.

7. Conversation stay on script – to begin with; what do you do, what’s new, how did you and mutual friend meet, where did you go to college, etc. The intention is to not fuck it up or seem weird. RSD Julien calls this “dumbing down” and I have to agree. Start boring and work your way in to an interesting conversation. For years I would turn up and let all my freak out the bag instantly whilst being completely IDGAF about it. Yeah it worked most of the time, but I also scared a few off. This new boring and then gradually working up to interesting / quirky is giving me an improved success %. It also kind of plays in to frame; I don’t want to be too emotional too quickly, even if those emotions are positive and fun. I want to be rock steady cool and then gradually work my way in to the interaction like a natural. As the date progresses and the alcohol takes effect you will naturally begin to laugh more and talk about all sorts of things – even by agreeing to meet you she already has one foot in your bed, remember that.

8. First Kiss When she wants to be kissed – just do it. You know the moment, because you feel it. It should be taken at first opportunity; failure to do so for too long will severely damage your chances of getting the notch. Also gradually work an arm around her waist as you do it, they love a bit of groping. See Vin Di Carlo Escalation ladder for the basics.

9. Transitioning to the crib When it’s time to fuck – do it. Staying in the bar too late for the sake of it just means you’re too scared to take bang. After 3-4 drinks, just say “time to go home” and just act like she’s coming with you, if there’s any LMR or she starts saying about how SHE is going to get home, just say “I think you should come home with me” – hold eye contact, then begin to smile, then kiss. (Point 9 assumes point 8 has happened and that you’ve been passionately making out and groping her sufficiently).

10. Fucking. Get in to your room, make-out standing, pull at her clothes, and grope slowly but stronger than in the bar. If you’re able, PICK HER UP; put one arm between her legs up to your inner elbow, so that your bicep is almost touching where her pubes would be, and your inner elbow is right up against her vag. The other arm goes around her upper-back. Do this slowly, and then walk to your bed whilst holding eye contact, either throw or put her on the bed. Don’t bother climbing on top for kissing and grinding with clothes on, just start pulling them off. Even if she starts to take them off herself, you carry on “helping” her, just make sure you’re not doing it too gently. Look at her with eyes of lust, in fact do everything with lust. You can also fully undress before bed, whatever you want to do, do it, whatever you want to taste, take it.

The first sexual encounter will usually define to a large extent how the sexual dynamic will be in future. La mujer que no pudo lograr que un Alfa se comprometa con ella puede llegar a tratar bien a su BB al principio, no porque quiera engañarlo sino por la novedad de «al fin tengo un novio de verdad» que le hace sentir como si estuviera enamorada.

Incluso una súper viuda alfa puede llegar a sentirse atraída a su BB (Beta Bucks / Plata Beta) al comienzo.

Y no solo los Blue Pills caen en el engaño. Los Redpilleros también pueden llegar a caer, especialmente si les falta experiencia.

Me decidí a escribir sobre el tema porque vi bastantes tipos caer en esta trampa, ademas de que yo mismo estoy constantemente batallando contra esta ilusión. Es una trampa ingeniosa a la que es muy fácil caer. No pienses que la mujer va a sentir siempre frustración por haber terminado en una relación con un Beta.

Todos conocemos los síntomas de las relaciones BB. Sexo a cuentagotas (con suerte), quejas constantes, expectativas irreales de lo que el BB debería estar haciendo por ella, infidelidades, etc. En general la mujer se distancia del beta, no se esfuerza en nada de la relación, pero espera que el si se esfuerce un montón.

¿Como carajos cae alguien en esa trampa?

Podríamos asumir que ella intenta tentarlo porque quiere sentar cabeza y decide conscientemente engatusarlo, lo hace tratándolo bien, escondiendo sus «banderas rojas» y dándole al beta el mejor sexo de su vida.

Pero la situación no siempre es esta y el otro escenario posible (y también el mas probable) es aun mas deshonesto, porque encima es mas difícil de detectar.

Tomemos una mujer que estuvo intentando conseguir una relación de verdad con varios alfas, pero sin éxito. Veamos cómo se siente ella cuando un Billy Beta promedio pero justito lo suficientemente atractivo como para ponerse en pareja se pone en pareja con ella:

  • La mujer se siente validada de varias formas. Antes de su BB, solo obtenía validación por su cuerpo y sus habilidades en la cama. (Por eso los alfas la seguían viendo, esporádicamente). Hoy se siente validada por su personalidad y lo que sea que ella piensa que tiene para ofrecer en la relación, todo esto por el simple hecho de que el se puso en pareja con ella, y no se cansa de decirle lo especial que ella es. Billy Beta siendo quien es.
  • Lo mas atractivo de la relación, para ella, va a ser la validación/prueba social que conlleva tener un novio. Ya no va a ir sola a las fiestas y eventos. La gente la va a ver con un hombre leal que la adora. Hasta es posible que algunas mujeres la envidien (más validación). Pero lo mas importante de todo: El solo hecho de poder decir «Tengo novio» significa para ella mucho mas de lo que vos podes imaginar.
  • La mayoría de las trolas, incluso aquellas que mas defienden el sexo casual, odian cuando la gente las toma como trolas. No quieren que las vean como «fáciles». No quieren que los demás las vean como la mujer que no logra que un hombre se ponga en pareja con ella. Y tener un novio hace que inmediatamente parezca menos trola de lo que es.
  • Este hecho  y el tema de la prueba social le dan una mano con sus amigas. Una mujer es menos amenazante cuando tiene un novio. Sus amigas en pareja no tienen que andar preocupándose en que se le tire a sus novios. Y sus amigas solteras saben que no van a tener que competir con ella cuando salgan y se les tiren chicos lindos. Y encima de todo va a poder empezar a hablar de «cosas de pareja» que para las amigas es mas placentero que escuchar sus historias de troles. Combina todo junto y la mujer siente que su vida social esta mejorando, porque parece gustarle de pronto a las demás mujeres. Las mujeres odian a las trolas, tan simple como eso.
  • Ella va a amar las cosas románticas/de apoyo incondicional que hace su BB al inicio de la relación. Pero las va a amar porque para ella son algo nuevo. Probablemente estés pensando «ni ahí, no es nuevo para ella, siempre tuvo betas babosos que la amaban y que querían ganar su atención con regalos y cumplidos, escuchándola por horas, volviéndose su tampón emocional y apoyándola siempre que ella lo necesito». Y tenés razón. Pero la diferencia es que esta vez ella esta obteniendo todo eso de un hombre por el cual por lo menos siente un poco de atracción. Y la diferencia es el día y la noche. Lo suficiente como para que la haga sentirse bien y para que le guste lo suficiente para mostrarle a este tipo que le gusta. Básicamente todas las cosas betas que te decimos acá que no hagas van a jugar a favor del beta en esta situación. O sea, al comienzo.
  • Puede incluso suceder que hasta el sexo con el BB sea increíble, al comienzo. Solo porque este tipo de sexo íntimo y amoroso es nuevo para ella. Ya tiene bastante calle y encontrar alguien que le de una nueva experiencia en la cama puede llegar a encenderla un montón.

Ya vi todo lo de arriba un montón de veces y la lista ni siquiera está completa.

Combinemos ahora todo lo que ella obtiene de una:

Validación en todos los frentes, mejora de su vida social, un baboso arrastrado que hasta le gusta y una nueva experiencia sexual.

Esto es mas que suficiente para hacerle sentir atracción por su BB, incluso hacerle sentir que se enamoró de el.

No siente como si hubiera tenido que agarrar lo que había.

La mujer termina enamorada totalmente de esta nueva experiencia y nuevas sensaciones. No se enamora de el pero para ella va a parecer lo mismo. Y consecuentemente lo va a tratar como un alfa, al comienzo.

Va a comportarse de una forma que no podría simular intencionalmente si estuviera intentando atraer al BB conscientemente. Porque su afecto es genuino, al comienzo.

Pero, como sabemos los Redpilleros: una vez que la novedad del «al fin tengo novio!» se acaba, todas las enseñanzas de la dinámica AFBB vuelven a aplicarse. Ella empieza a molestarse con el, y tratarlo como el Billy Beta que es.

Podemos ver como esto puede tomar totalmente desprevenido al típico beta. Nada que nos sorprenda acá, y realmente tampoco es nuestro problema.

Lo interesante, eso si, es que esta situación también puede afectar a los redpilleros que están aprendiendo, aquellos que se conocen la teoría pero no tienen la practica. Estas son algunas de las cosas que pueden pasar si sos uno de esos:

  • Podes llegar a pensar que encontraste un unicornio. Esta chica no cumple con ninguna regla. Te comportas como un súper beta en su presencia y no parece haber ningún impacto negativo. Hasta ama tus trazas de personalidad beta.
    U-N-I-C-O-R-N-I-O.
  • Subestimas tus cualidades alfa y tu propia atracción. Conoces la escala de permitidos beta. Cuanto mas atractivo y alfa sos, mas te podes salir con la tuya haciendo cosas de beta. Sin embargo, en este escenario podes hacer cosas betas no por tus cualidades alfa y tu nivel de atracción, sino por la nueva experiencia que le estas dando. Y esta es la trampa: «¡Guau!, es tal cual como lo soñé. Soy un winner porque tengo todas las cualidades de un beta, pero ademas empece a hacer pesas y ya tengo un físico por encima del promedio. Y soy mas inteligente que los idiotas del gimnasio. Y porque me preocupo por ella. Piensa que puedo llegar a ser un mujeriego pero me respeta por elegir no ser uno.» Y pensás «Soy único porque no encontrás una combinación así en otros tipos, y eso es lo que me destaca de los demás. Soy el superman de las relaciones. Seguro que en la red pill no hablan de esta combinación porque a la mayoría solo les interesa las relaciones esporádicas y el sexo casual.» Esta forma de pensar es muy peligrosa y va a dañar tu motivación en trabajar en conseguir las cualidades alfa que la red pill respalda. Esta misma situación le paso a mis amigos, me pasó a mi, y juzgando algunas de las preguntas y artículos que se ven en los foros y en el sub, le pasa a un montón de redpilleros que acaban de completar sus primeros pasos de auto-superación.
  • Salir con esta chica te va a hacer sentir tal cual como si todo lo que hubieras estado esperando en tus años de Blue Pill se cumpliera. La frustración, la fase del enojo, todo lo que odias, todo eso que no querés que sea verdad, todo lo que soñabas con que la red pill estuviera equivocada… materializado en ella, dándote todo lo que querías, fomentando ese deseo de que la red pill exagera.
  • Esto es lo mas peligroso y dañino para vos redpillero cuyo objetivo final es una relación de largo plazo: dejas de girar platos y te comprometes demasiado pronto. ¿Así que tu objetivo es tener una relación duradera? Vas a sentirte como si ya hubieras cumplido tu propósito. Énfasis en propósito, porque no hay nada que te haga sentir mejor que haber cumplido tu propósito. (No necesito listar los porqué). Y ahí es cuando empezás a temer perderla y junto con ella tu estatus de «haber logrado tu propósito». Tenes miedo de perderla si seguís buscando y girando platos. Muchos redpilleros no entienden las razones de girar platos. Vamos a explicarlo muy brevemente acá: no giras platos solo porque te gusta tener sexo con muchas mujeres. Girar platos es una herramienta poderosisima para encontrar que tipo de mujer es compatible con vos, y ademas aprender a saber cuales son potables para tener una relación de verdad con ellas. Esta diseñado para darte una mentalidad de abundancia y lograr que realmente conozcas a la mujer antes de dar el salto a una relación. La razón por la que te quedas con ella no es solo porque te gusta el sexo y toda la boludez romántica que hacen juntos. Te quedas con ella porque ella probó ser compatible con vos. La elegís a ella entre una multitud de otras opciones (tus platos).
  • Si fuiste un beta toda tu vida, la cantidad de validación que vas a recibir en esta situación va a ser sobrecogedora. Uno de los primeros objetivos que cualquier redpillero debería ponerse es dejar de depender de cualquier tipo de validación. Pero la realidad es que no es fácil. Especialmente si hace mucho tiempo que no recibís algo de ella. Se precavido, incluso bien adentrado en tu camino redpillero, la necesidad de validación va a permanecer siendo tu punto más débil. Es tu talón de aquiles.

Combiná todo lo anterior y vas a poder empezar a entender como es que un beta que desarrolla algunas cualidades alfa y ha mejorado su atractividad puede terminar cayendo en la trampa de una viuda alfa incluso sabiendo la teoría de la Red Pill.

No. Caigas. En. Esta. Trampa.

Conclusión

Incluso aunque estés bien adentrado en tu camino redpillero de beta a alfa, necesitas estar al tanto del peligro de caer nuevamente en el mundo blue pill y de terminar enganchándote con una viuda alfa que celebra la novedad de «por fin tengo un novio». No, no encontraste tu unicornio, no, no deberías dejar de girar platos, no, no poder bajar la guardia.

Las reglas de La Red Pill siempre se aplican.

1.) Introduccion:

Las mujeres de la Tríada Obscura son mujeres que poseen un trastorno de empatía cero negativo; un «desorden de empatía cero negativo» es un termino acuñado por el investigador de autismo Simon Baron-Cohen de la Universidad de Cambridge. Significa: «un faltante de empatia afctiva» (la habilidad de sentir lo que otro siente de la manera que lo sienten, ej: tristeza) combinado con un faltante de procupacion moral por el bienestar de los demas. Ambas cosas deben estar presentes para constituir el desorden de empatía cero negativo, caso contrario terminamos con una diferente clasificación del trastorno de empatia, por ejemplo el autismo.

El trastorno de empatía cero negativo incluye predominantemente a narcisistas y psicopatas, asi tambien como casos mas límite en un menor nivel aunque de forma significativa. Excluye a aquellos en el espectro autista que poseen deficiencias empaticas, pero que tipicamente no son ni Maquiavelicos ni moralmente negativos. Este articulo se basa en una mujer a la que estimo es del tipo P (psicopata) o, si usamos un termino clinico, una mujer con un trastorno antisocial de la personalidad (TPA).

Es prudente para el tipo comun tratar con este grupo colectivo de «psicopatas» como iguales, ya que todos se comportan tan astuta y despiadadamente como «una verdadera psicopata» ya sea que tienen TPA o no.

En este artículo debato sobre la psicopata femenina, o como coloquialmente nos referimos entre un amigo y yo, «la hija de Lucifer». El termino lo elegimos para describir la naturaleza fría y retorcida de la mujer tríada obscura; la eleccion del termino religioso se utiliza para enfatizar la peligrosidad de tales mujeres.

2.) Caracterización de la Psicópata Femenina

Las mujeres psicopatas son increiblemente calculdoras, al igual que su contraparte masculina, tienden hacia las acciones inmorales basandose en la amoralidad del pensamiento poco convencional. Son increiblemente oportunistas e indiferentes hacia los demas, a la vez que son competentes en simular sentimientos con el solo proposito de la disimulacion. Su pensamiento es solipsista y a la vez pragmático, su percepcion de los demas se puede resumir como: «que hace esta persona por mi, si no hace nada, que podría hacer por mi y como puedo manipularlo para que lo haga?»

Las mujeres con un trastorno empatico del tipo P son las que yo considero la crème de la crème, el epitome por excelencia de la psicopatia femenina. Uns sadista al maximo de sus funciones con un muy alto CI (Coeficiente Intelectual), no la tipica histerica desafortunada que se asocia en general con la psicopatia femenina. No, esta mujer es un super depredador que se adorna solo casualmente con ropas de oveja cuando tal cosa le parezca que es la estrategia optima. Es una mujer que le da vueltas a los hombres, poniendosela dificil incluso a los hombres P.

These are women of incredible psychological prowess who utilise the power of the victim in all its perverse and incredible might to amass hordes of allies who’ll put themselves on the line so that she need not. Like their narcissistic counterparts, for better or worse they excel at creating a cult of personality. Think of Trump, only female, about 25 and as equally mind-violating in her use of “straight forward honesty.” Her honesty being more of the tactical, brutal and shit testing kind, deliberate and aggressive in its nature rather than clumsily inappropriate. Her pertinence but a weapon dressed in the clothing of honesty, something flaunted as virtue when it is quite the contrary.

To such a woman, there is no sanctity in human life, for an inability to pair bond lends to itself to a most unthinkable and effortless degree of objectifying dehumanisation. She uses people like consumptive items (a can of drink, a pack of gum) and once they carry out the functions imagined for them, they are disposed of. If she finds another (new) use for them, the cycle will repeat. If she cannot, she’s gone. A small frail psychopathic woman need not lift a weight nor a finger, for if her psychopathy is accompanied by physical beauty, she has all the power necessary to command those around her. Type P women are social predators drawn to those in positions of power, their sole aim to co-opt influence.

Much like their male counterparts, female psychopaths possess a psychological plurality in who they decide to associate with. They are attracted to people who fall on the extremes of personality, not the average. For example, type P women are fond of the weak and naive. They love to make others instruments of their will, and the cognitively weak represent easy pickings for an intraspecies predator. Like any predator, whilst a battery of easy pickings is always necessary for hard times, the hunt is its own sport, a guilty pleasure for the bored psychopath. As such, the powerful are not just coveted for their influence, but likewise the challenge that they symbolise. She welcomes conflict, for prey that fights is the height of fun.

Early on such a woman can be quite charming. Once trust is built she changes tack, switching to coercion and calculated aggression. Whilst emotionally violent she will blame the target for her abusive tirades, validating her cruelty on the slightest observation of guilt or reticence. She will continue in this systematic campaign of mental pressure (consisting mainly of push/pull tactics, veiled threats and wild accusations) until the target yields, her goal to emotionally exhaust the target into a pliable state. She does not care if she controls a person through fear or love for both are merely a means to an end. Once a person falls into her web, she becomes very territorial of them. Commands are issued under the threat of gaslighting. Should you defy her, she will escalate her assault to keep you complicit.

3.) Female Psychopathic Interpersonal Methodology:

Firstly, she will try to isolate you from your peers and family. She might do this by accusing you of something extremely unsavoury (e.g.: physical abuse) to win over the sympathies of your natural allies. Once you are estranged from your emotional support, she will target you with more focus, gaslighting you with repetitive cycles of scorn and forgiveness. This will continue until you’re inculcated into believing her untrue portrayal of events.

Psychopaths of higher intelligence incorporate elements of truth into their fabrications in order to make them plausible. Once you feel guilty enough to take responsibility for fictional events, she will leverage the responsibility you feel to reassert control. She will reel you back in, except angry that she had to exercise her grip on your reins, she will punish you for your attempt at escape. Psychopathic women are vulnerable to abandonment because they are extremely egotistical. It offends the sensibilities of the psychopath to communicate you have the power to leave them. Inversely, she may have no qualms with abandoning you, but the exit must be on her terms. If it is not, as a product of ego, she will relentlessly obsess in achieving vengeance.

The type P woman is a creature of schadenfreude, for those who don’t understand the term, it’s a loanword from German that directly translates as “harm-joy.” Put more aptly it means “to derive joy from another’s pain.” Type P woman have a knack for finding that someone or something which symbolises your weakness.  When they discover it, they will pervert, corrupt and expose it in an attempt to mount an attack against you.

Quintessentially psychopathic women make for fine tacticians. They understand the importance of monopolising the herd, that one must ostracise, or be ostracised. In line with their sadistic tendencies, they derive great joy from seeing your allies alienate you, be it immediate or gradual. The severity of the ploy used to ensure your ostracisation depends on the context and aim of the woman in question. It can be as mild as diminishing your popularity to reappropriate people’s favour, or something more akin to what was previously described, all out psychological warfare.

If you are weak, a type P woman will expose the full height of her power, downplaying subtlety and indirectness for a more brutish approach. However if you are powerful, she will puppeteer rather than colonise. In dealings with the powerful they tend to opt for charm rather than coercion, recognising a far lower chance of victory in a direct conflict. To become favoured they turn themselves into the target’s source of dopamine, overwhelming them with positive feelings in order to form mental dependence. At a glance this may sound harmless, but the intent is insidious nevertheless. The psychopathic women wishes a powerful target to crave her, for it is via that mechanism she can control them.

4.) Psychopathic Women & Sex:

Regardless of her specific cluster B classification, sex with a dark triad woman is never recommended. Typically when a man and a woman have sex there is a psychological power exchange that leaves the woman feeling exposed, and the man, stronger. This is not the case with a female type P. Such a woman does not feel “used up” for sexing her target, quite the contrary, she feels empowered, for she has acquired leverage. And should you ignore her leverage prompting her to publicly reveal your liaisons, she has the perfect spin prepared. Spin that society is all too willing and eager to eat up “he took advantage of me.” If it’s your word against hers, you will lose.

If she can become a source of sex, you will become increasingly addicted to her. And should you choose to cut her off, she has the ability to threaten your reputation. When things turn ugly the sex becomes a weaponised secret, leverage for blackmail that can be used to threaten your job or your family should you not comply with her wishes. Even before she inevitably escalates she has won, because men are malleable when they are getting “crazy girl sex.” And should this man come to his senses and wish to escape her influence? She wins yet again because she has the leverage to blackmail. Such a man finds himself stuck between a rock and a hard place, for bribery does nought but win a promise of retreat, it does not negate her leverage. Nothing stops her taking a bribe for her silence, only to instigate further blackmail at a later date.

Psychopathic women covet secrets because they understand profoundly that the holder of secrets holds the keys to power. And so should such a woman be unable to uncover any secrets, she will create one to get the leverage she seeks. And what better way to do this than through “forbidden sex,” to fuck her target? The type P woman seeks leverage by any means necessary. Knowing that the powerful will be incredibly resistant to a more direct approach she adopts an insidious albeit innocuous one.

Despite the predatory nature of type P women, the malevolence of their nature is normally rationalised by self-identifying as a victim. The whole filter for their reality is seen through that of an unaccountable victim’s, and it is within this mental construct they self-justify carte blanche ruthlessness. The objective predator uses the psychology of prey to justify its predation, a marvellous feat of self-deception. And so it is thus apparent that the truly best deceivers begin with themselves.

5.) In Closing:

Type P women have no concept of loyalty, their loyalty is only for their self-interest. They are the centre of their world; everyone else is just an observation, a pawn, a by-product, a target, an obstruction and so forth. Due to empathy deficiency and an incapacity to pair-bond, they epitomise the distrust they hold for others. Their power but a combination of their attraction and machiavellian prowess. This is how they attain gratification and stimulation in a world they feel perpetually disconnected from and underwhelmed by.

Perversely, the closest thing to bonding a dark triad woman experiences is when she tortures a target with her more aggressive side. The relationship between abuser and abusee is the closest thing to love a type P woman is capable of; somewhat ironically this is how they “love.” Call it reverse Stockholm syndrome if you will. Like other dark triad women, the type P thrives in chaos. She holds nothing but contempt for peace, for with peace there is no emotional energy to harness and self-stimulate with. Think of dark triad women as human poltergeists, they need conflict in order to feed their compulsion to dominate their surroundings. Where a chaos deprived atmosphere pervades for too long, they will go out of their way to create drama as a way of reasserting themselves.

Psychopathic women are not well-suited to any but the most empathy deficient and thrill-seeking of men. Even her relationship with a dark triad man is nought but a union of two sadistic thrill seekers engaged in a perpetual wrestle for power. If you are not high enough on the psychopathy spectrum to derive enjoyment from the conflict of a psychopathic woman’s unending histrionics, you’d do well to steer clear. Believe me when I say that the mere words here do no justice in expressing the true severity of what they describe. If you meet one of these women and aren’t dark triad yourself, run and don’t turn back.
